Commission Prices (as of October 2022)

Please note that in future these may increase depending on demand but for at least till December 2022 this will be the set price! Painted art cannot be used for commercial purposes so please do not enquire on that factor, only the design sketches can be used for VTuber model designs. Revisions and Commercial fees are added on top of the price of the item, so example of Design Sketch 1 outfit (80GBP) + Revisions (20GBP) = 100GBP total to pay!

Commission Terms of Service and Conditions

This is a long list but please read it through as by commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms of service! Thank you!

1. By commissioning me you are required to provide appropriate levels of crediting when using my designs or my art work. This includes linking to my Twitter at the bare minimum, in the main tweet unless you run out of word count, but otherwise do not put it underneath the tweet for aesthetic purposes or put a @ / type link, you can use www.twitter.com/niamonnie or use my @, whatever you feel is best. If using on Twitch, please link to my website as well or my Twitch, thank you! For naming purposes it would go under Nia Moni.
2. Estimated delivery dates can range from 2 weeks to 2 months. Timeline of delivery date will be dependent due to health complications that are chronic so if I gave an estimate and I have not delivered, please do not panic, as I may have just had a few health hiccups leaving me unable to do any art on that day, often bed ridden, I can still respond to DMs however if you are concerned! Otherwise please refer to the link at the start of the page that has the projects list, which will show you whether I have started or still working on your work or not!
3. I have made this disclaimer in the projects list page, but to further clarify, I tend to work in random order than who goes first, as I may have inspiration or sudden ideas for one client and find it better to work when I can to reduce my workload (and while I still remember my ideas) than force myself to do one by one when it holds everyone up. Some orders may also be less work than others (eg 1 outfit vs a full body painted sprite) so the design may be done first.
4. No refunds available once I have started on the work. I can refund and happily accommodate if anyone changes their mind before I start ( I can reserve spots if someone is thinking but not sure when money will come in to decide later if they will or not), but once I have, I tend to do a certain amount in one sitting so a bit of progress will have already been made by then. I cannot offer refunds based on dissatisfaction of quality as I have my samples shown on what quality to expect from me. If it is in terms of designs, please understand that it may be dependent on theme and concept and level of restrictions or lack of them given as well!
5. No chargebacks. I have unfortunately had commissioners do this before when I had finished and delivered art and been scammed so please understand why I find this a concern. If you do chargeback and after discussing with you, do not provide a valid reason for doing so, I will blacklist you and may inform others of your behaviour.
6. Revisions are only to the maximum of 3, provided they are mid-minor level adjustments, and only available on the design sketches commission type. If it is an error on my part such as getting an eye colour wrong then that does not count towards a revision as that is my fault not yours.
